W C DALDY is equipped with an excellent Sound-system and electronics, full Bar and catering facilities and is an excellent choice for day or evening Corporate Entertaining, Party Cruises, Weddings, Hen Nights, Birthdays and Client/Staff Entertainment. At 750 Tons displacement the W C DALDY is the most stable charter vessel on Auckland Harbour.
Ideal for group sizes of 60 to 126 guests, the vintage steam tug WILLIAM C DALDY is available for 4 hour harbour cruises in the evenings and during the weekend. Charters outside these times are possible by arrangement.
The W C DALDY is also available for Hauraki Gulf half day and all day private charter cruises and fishing trips.

Charter Fees
WILLIAM C DALDY charter fee is $750 + GST per hour. Standby and Pickup fees may apply. You can arrange your own catering or we can do it for you.
Harbour ‘Cruise and Catering’ prices range from $55 to $95 + GST per head, depending on menu selections and guest numbers. Standby and Pickup fees may apply.
Minimum charter time for Harbour cruises is 3 hours. Minimum charter time for Hauraki Gulf cruises is 5 hours.
WILLIAM C DALDY is a licensed facility (BYO not allowed). Our bar prices are the best on Auckland Harbour.
Entertainment / Food Options include:
- DJ for the entire evening – $425
- Fingerfood menus – $11-$28 per person
- Full buffet menus – $30-$50 per person
- Our bar prices will not be beaten
- Complimentary tea and coffee

Safe Ship Management
Any vessel for hire within NZ must be properly crewed, well equipped, and maintained and inspected regularly. William C Daldy carries a current certificate of Safe Ship Management issued by the NZ Marine Safety Authority.
